Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our site or products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. 4. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ViragFleck. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items: Certain items are exempt from return, including but not limited to final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected].

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ViragFleck operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
